This website belongs to RTSoftLabs, a software studio based in Bucharest, Romania. For anything related to your data, email hello [at] rtsoftlabs [dot] com.

No tracking, no cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set any cookies. Everything on it, fonts included, is served from our own server, so your browser doesn't contact any third parties while you're here.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to continue the conversation you started. That's also our legal basis for having it: you asked us to get back to you.

We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone. We keep messages only as long as the conversation needs them, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical details about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and to count visits, and they're deleted automatically after a limited period.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email hello [at] rtsoftlabs [dot] com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Romania, that's the ANSPDCP.
