Work
Things we've built.
A studio is only as good as what it ships. Here's a selection — some are live and used every day, some were experiments we learned a great deal from. We try to stay honest about which was which.
Penguinhops
A flight-search tool that finds cheap multi-stop routes by combining separate one-way tickets across airlines — the kind of itinerary the big engines simply don't show you.
Built with Python scrapers that gather fares offline and a fast, lightweight PHP front end that serves pre-computed routes. It's live, used by real travellers, and got a genuinely warm response from the flight-deals community online.
Selected earlier work
Two decades of shipping.
A studio doesn't appear overnight. Along the way there have been products that made money, products that taught lessons, and a lot of software built quietly for other people.
PairFactory
A matchmaking experiment that arranged introductions and used structured feedback afterwards to make the next round better. People liked the idea; we paused it on the hard operational questions rather than pretend they were solved. A good lesson in where product thinking meets the messy real world.
Automated review analysis
A system that read and summarised product reviews to help buyers decide — built before large language models made that kind of thing commonplace. We got it working well, then made the honest call to move on once the ground shifted. Knowing when to stop is its own skill.
IQBattle
A paid online testing product we grew across several South-East European markets by pairing low-cost advertising with payment methods that actually fit the region at the time. It ran profitably for a good while — an early lesson in unit economics and reaching an audience others overlooked.
Custom software for clients
Since 2006 we've built websites, web apps and desktop software for other businesses — often bringing in trusted freelance specialists for the right pieces. Much of it is under NDA or quietly doing its job in the background, which is exactly where good software should be.
